Meet Building Asian Leaders (BAL)
Building Asian Leaders (BAL) strives to bring meaningful professional and personal development opportunities to Takeda employees, with a specific focus on empowering the Asian community to grow as leaders in the workplace. In addition to providing career development and networking opportunities, we strive to raise visibility and showcase the talent of our members, celebrate the richness of Asian cultures across 48 countries, build a sense of cohesive community among professionals within and outside of Takeda, and encourage diversity and cross-cultural communications.
Takeda actively promotes diverse environments where leaders take deliberate steps to ensure inclusive practices that celebrate cultural differences.
