Fostering Inclusion With Our Take Pride Takeda Resource Group
A hopeful future starts with each of us. Through our Take Pride Takeda Resource Group (TRG), we champion education, community-building and allyship to foster an inclusive environment where #TeamTakeda can share experiences and celebrate the spectrum of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. As we look ahead, their stories reinforce what’s possible when equity is a shared way of working and living.

Nicole Loguidice, Associate Director, Hematology Patient Access Operations
Nicole came to us through an acquisition, but her continued commitment here is by choice, not chance. “I appreciate how closely aligned Takeda’s values are with mine, and the opportunities to engage in a TRG or Values Ambassador Network have been monumental to why I stay,” says Nicole. For Nicole, it’s our organization’s deep-rooted values that create a true sense of belonging. “We sit on a 240+ year foundation that continues to be developed through equitable engagement across communities,” says Nicole. Feeling valued means being seen as a whole person, and for Nicole, that includes being open about who she is. “I’m thankful I can talk about my wife and family—thanks in part to the work Take Pride does to promote allyship, which keeps me deeply connected here.”

Alessandro’s five-year tenure here has been shaped by curiosity, connection and a drive to lead with purpose. “What drew me to Take Pride were the moments when representation and visibility truly matter—whether it’s raising the flag or organizing networking events that foster open conversations across the business,” says Alessandro. The way Alessandro sees it, inclusion at Takeda isn’t a side initiative; it’s embedded in how we listen and show up for one another. “My role is to lead with care, create space for honest dialogue and help build a culture where everyone feels safe to be themselves and proud to belong,” says Alessandro. That vision aligns closely with our Pride Month theme, ‘Brighter Future for the World.’ “To me, that means building a future grounded in inclusion, integrity, and honesty—and I see this through employee-led initiatives like Take Pride.”

From the moment Diego joined Takeda, he knew he’d found more than just a job—he’d found a place where he could thrive. “I am confident that I am in the ideal environment to be valued for who I am, the work I do and the impact I create,” says Diego. As a Talent Acquisition partner, Diego is passionate about bringing in talent that not only drives results but also strengthens our inclusive culture.
