Job Description
- 根据公司整体营销策略，制定辖区营销计划和实施策略，并监督营销目标的最终达成。
- 制定辖区年度营销预算并有效执行。
- 确保与市场部、商务团队沟通合作，及时掌握招标时间并积极配合商务部招投标工作。
- 指导监督辖区主管的营销计划及目标医院指标设定，并监督核查各项工作实施完成情况。
- 与辖区重要客户建立并保持良好协作关系，有效管理客户满意度，组织辖区医院开发工作。
- 负责辖区营销人员的培训，考核和激励体系的维护和有效执行，提高营销团队工作士气和业绩。
- 提高辖区人均生产力，指导员工完成年度绩效评估。
- 部门所需求的其他相关工作。
Qualifications & Skills:
- 本科或以上学历，医药相关或市场营销专业为佳。
- 5年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验，3年以上营销管理工作经验。
- 熟练使用计算机办公软件。
- 具有良好的英语或日语听说读写能力。
- 具有极强的沟通协调能力、良好的抗压力、良好的人员管理能力和战略规划能力。
