The Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) prepares the next generation of analytics leaders by developing the commercial expertise and leadership capabilities needed to succeed in a complex global healthcare environment through a summer internship and two nine-month rotational assignments.

Internship Program - 12 Weeks
When first-year master’s or PhD students join our Analytics Leadership Development Internship Program, they become part of a team dedicated to driving breakthroughs in patient care. Whether analyzing medical claims and pharmacy prescription datasets or collaborating with stakeholders to tackle critical business challenges, interns can take pride in knowing their work contributes to creating better health and a brighter future for patients.
Rotational Program - 18 Months
Through two nine-month rotational assignments, ALDP associates sharpen their leadership skills while gaining a broader understanding of the functions within our US Therapeutic Business Units and Commercial Operations, including:

We’re committed to helping them explore new opportunities that align with their skills, interests and the needs of the business. With our support, many have successfully transitioned into impactful permanent roles within the Commercial Organization, in areas such as Market Intelligence and Analytics, and Advanced Analytics—continuing to shape a brighter future for patients and the company alike.
