We believe interns play an important and integral role within our teams. Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) offers university students and graduates the opportunity to gain a unique working experience within our organization. During their placement they get the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues and develop real world skills.

Through the Takeda Digital Accelerators (TDA) Program, 12 talented students will get the chance to join an intensive learning opportunity and develop next-generation capabilities in a fast-paced and dynamic learning environment right here at Takeda.

The winners of the 1st edition of the TDA Program, Łódź , Poland

We’re looking for passionate, driven, and open minded people who are excited about New technologies to join us on this rewarding and fun learning journey.

To take part in the challenge, you can create a team of three or apply individually (in that case we would help you to form the team).

You will be invited to participate in a 6 week automation challenge. The challenge gives you the chance to work on a real business problem (for example within finance, procurement or HR) and create the most innovative solutions. By harnessing the power of data and digital you will be able to create your own BOT. These solutions are then presented to a panel of Takeda business leaders, and the winners are selected for a rotational internship in TBS.

You do not have to be an IT student! This program is open to all backgrounds as long as you are eager to find new solutions and happy to work in an award winning organization that keeps patients at the heart of everything we do.
