Black Leadership Council (BLC) is our employee resource group dedicated to advancing Takeda’s impact on Patients, People and our Planet, by promoting and fostering allyship, equity and fair representation for employees of African Ancestry at all levels of the organization.
Living the Takeda values, BLC partners internally and externally to facilitate solutions that positively impact Patients, Trust, Reputation and Business including communities of African ancestry.

I joined the Black Leadership Council because as a Black Woman this provides an instant network. When you see people who look like you, who experience similar challenges/issues, who live into being their authentic self, it is inspiring.
