1.) Cutting-edge innovation. Global Subchapter Lead for Data Analytics, Madhusmita Subudhi, leads a team of data scientists, visualization experts and engineers across ICCs who are empowered to drive change through technology and analytics. “Joining Takeda has been a defining moment in my career,” says Madhusmita, who leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) in her work to benefit patients and healthcare ecosystems in many different ways:
- Delivering AI-powered insights to ensure impactful interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) based on evolving engagement data for our commercial portfolio.
- Revolutionizing Q&A and chatbot solutions by leveraging large datasets through generative AI to redefine operational practices, enhance responsiveness and improve stakeholder engagement.
- Automating document creation and management to streamline workflows, improve accuracy and boost efficiency.
- Using AI-powered insights to design agile, compliant distribution networks that balance costs, sustainability and resilience while adapting to regional challenges
- Bringing in innovation and optimizing processes using AI and generative AI across global manufacturing, external experience and many other portfolios.

Custom Development Lead, Juraj Paulik, has had a rewarding journey here, working with a passionate team to build innovative digital solutions that support our business and patients. “I’m currently working on a project called Takeda Connect,” says Juraj, which facilitates easier digital interactions between healthcare providers and Takeda, giving time back to focus on providing outstanding care to patients. “It’s exciting to work on a solution that strengthens the connection between innovation, healthcare professionals and ultimately, the patients who rely on our medicines.”
5.) Diversity of thought. As part of an enterprise-wide team, Data Governance Manager Stephanie Orozco believes that building strong relationships across the organization is key to aligning on goals and priorities. “The rich variety of cultures, mindsets and working styles makes being at Takeda incredibly fulfilling, as each of us brings our unique magic,” says Stephanie, who finds innovative ways to collaborate across time zones. Stephanie feels that the proverb, "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together,” captures our spirit of collaboration. “We achieve meaningful, lasting progress by working as one at Takeda.”
