1.) Cutting-edge innovation. Global Subchapter Lead for Data Analytics, Madhusmita Subudhi, leads a team of data scientists, visualization experts and engineers across ICCs who are empowered to drive change through technology and analytics. “Joining Takeda has been a defining moment in my career,” says Madhusmita, who leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) in her work to benefit patients and healthcare ecosystems in many different ways:

Revolutionizing Q&A and chatbot solutions by leveraging large datasets through generative AI to redefine operational practices, enhance responsiveness and improve stakeholder engagement.

Using AI-powered insights to design agile, compliant distribution networks that balance costs, sustainability and resilience while adapting to regional challenges
Bringing in innovation and optimizing processes using AI and generative AI across global manufacturing, external experience and many other portfolios.

2.) Leveraging AI to enhance productivity. Omnichannel Full Stack Engineer, Princemon Rajendran, views our global rollout of ICCs as a great initiative aimed at nurturing in-house talents and driving our transformation into a data-driven digital biopharmaceutical company. Princemon is energized to be a part of our vision and a key player in shaping our innovative future, starting with the technology he uses in his daily work. “One exciting technology innovation is myAibou,” says Princemon, a digital assistant that has no access to Takeda data other than what the user gives it in their question or prompt. Beyond this product, Princemon looks forward to seeing how AI can be applied to the applications he supports in his daily operations for enhancing functionality and driving productivity.

3.) Career growth opportunities. In just six months here, SharePoint Architect Tanu Agarwal has developed a deep appreciation for our organization. “Takeda demonstrates exceptional care for its employees, offering everything one could desire, from high-quality work to healthy work-life balance and an optimal work environment,” says Tanu. Custom Development Lead, Juraj Paulik, has had a rewarding journey here, working with a passionate team to build innovative digital solutions that support our business and patients. “I’m currently working on a project called Takeda Connect,” says Juraj, which facilitates easier digital interactions between healthcare providers and Takeda, giving time back to focus on providing outstanding care to patients. “It’s exciting to work on a solution that strengthens the connection between innovation, healthcare professionals and ultimately, the patients who rely on our medicines.”

5.) Diversity of thought. As part of an enterprise-wide team, Data Governance Manager Stephanie Orozco believes that building strong relationships across the organization is key to aligning on goals and priorities. “The rich variety of cultures, mindsets and working styles makes being at Takeda incredibly fulfilling, as each of us brings our unique magic,” says Stephanie, who finds innovative ways to collaborate across time zones.
