Job Description
- Closely monitor and analyse the external environment trend, especially China healthcare reform, Bio-pharmaceutical industry evolution, and innovative business and operation model changes.
- Lead or support multi-functional business excellence and operation projects;
- Drive and manage the business process optimization to improve business efficiency and further contribute to the business growth;
- Support China annual KPI setting which is in line with global, GEM division and China strategy; monitor the KPI implementation by develop valuable repots or tools via analysis on business capability, operations, and process standpoint.
- Support the business review process.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in business or management related area;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting firm;
- Practical experience in business analysis, process optimization, and project management;
- Excellent skill of excel modelling, power point, and communication in English and mandarin
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence others to achieve the result.
