Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

奖金政策制定与优化

  • 负责所支持抗肿瘤事业部和血友病及罕见病事业部层面奖金政策的制定与迭代,确保政策与业务运营策略高度对齐,驱动业务目标的有效达成。
  • 根据抗肿瘤事业部和血友病及罕见病事业部业务特性、市场环境及战略目标,制定年度奖金政策,并针对特殊场景设计合理调整方案,以稳定销售团队、保留核心人才。

销售激励体系设计

  • 支持奖金团队Leader开展抗肿瘤事业部和血友病及罕见病事业部的奖金顶层设计,按业务线(如特药、战略产品、成熟产品和集采产品等)分类制定OTI(目标奖金)、奖金构成及结构占比,保障不同产品线奖金的公平性、合理性与激励性。
  • 结合行业对标数据与内部业务分析,协助人力资源部搭建具有竞争力的薪资与激励体系,推动销售业绩短期及长期增长。

政策执行与落地

  • 严格监督奖金政策的精准执行,确保奖金计算流程的及时性、合理性及结果准确性,并按时向HR提交计算结果,保障月度奖金准时发放。
  • 建立并维护与销售团队的积极沟通机制,通过培训、宣讲等方式确保政策透明化,提升团队对奖金策略的理解与认同。

效果追踪与策略调整

  • 持续跟踪销售业绩与激励效果,通过数据分析识别问题,快速响应业务紧急需求或外部市场变化,动态优化奖金方案。
  • 定期输出奖金分析报告,为管理层提供决策依据,驱动业务目标高效达成。

申诉处理与预算管理

  • 妥善处理奖金申诉,确保特批流程的公平性、公正性与合理性。
  • 支持奖金团队Leader完成财务MRP/MYC/LBE奖金预测,优化预算管理流程,提升资源使用效率。

关键能力要求

  • 精通销售激励体系设计,具备奖金政策统筹经验。
  • 数据分析能力强,能通过数据洞察驱动策略优化。
  • 优秀的沟通协调能力,能有效对接业务、财务及HR团队。
  • 抗压能力强,能快速响应业务变化,保障政策落地时效性。

QUALIFICATIONS:

教育背景

  • 大学本科及以上学历,数学、统计学、财经专业优先,MBA preferred

相关领域工作经验

  • 医药行业Top MNC 6年以上SFE领域相关工作经历
  • 3年以上奖金相关工作, 或者4年以上SFE BP工作
  • 有咨询公司相关工作经历优先

专业知识与技能

  • 优秀的沟通能力及领导力;
  • 优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力,熟悉市场营销,医疗,销售和人力资源相关内容;
  • 优秀的数据洞察和数据分析能力;
  • 良好的表达能力,丰富的项目管理经验;
  • 英文流利,熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint,及大数据处理能力
