Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
数据分析与洞察
- 运用数字化工具,设计并优化激励策略,确保其与业务目标高度契合,驱动员工行为与绩效提升。
- 通过预测性分析建模,结合AI技术学习历史奖金激励方案与奖金支付数据,评估激励计划在区域、业务单元及员工群体中的公平性、激励效果与有效性,为策略迭代提供数据支持。
- 构建动态分析模型,识别激励计划中的潜在风险与机会,输出可落地的优化建议。
激励系统数字化升级
- 推动激励体系从传统计算向智能化、个性化绩效放转型,实现激励方案与员工实时绩效的精准匹配。
- 开发并维护激励绩效实时仪表盘,整合多维度数据(如销售目标达成率、奖金预估、贡献度等),提供可视化绩效追踪。
预测性收益管理
- 基于历史数据与市场趋势,构建预测性奖金模型,为员工提供个性化的奖金激励预测,增强其对激励方案的信心与参与度。
- 监控激励计划执行效果,通过数据反馈快速调整策略,确保激励资源的高效分配。
关键能力要求
- 精通行为科学理论,具备激励策略设计经验,能结合数字化工具提升方案落地效果。
- 熟练使用预测性分析工具(如Python/R、SQL、Tableau等),具备AI建模与数据挖掘能力。
- 熟悉激励系统数字化升级路径,有实时仪表盘开发或BI工具应用经验者优先。
- 优秀的跨部门协作能力,能联动业务、财务及技术团队推进项目落地。
QUALIFICATIONS:
教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历,数学、统计学、财经专业优先,MBA preferred
相关领域工作经验
- 医药行业Top MNC 6年以上SFE领域相关工作经历
- 两年以上奖金相关工作, 或者四年以上SFE BP工作
- 咨询公司相关工作经历优先
专业知识与技能
- 优秀的沟通能力及领导力;
- 优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力,熟悉市场营销,医疗,销售和人力资源相关内容;
- 优秀的数据洞察和数据分析能力;
- 良好的表达能力,丰富的项目管理经验;
- 英文流利,熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint
