FINALITE DE LA FONCTION

Assurer la responsabilité du développement économique de Takeda au sein des établissements de santé (hôpitaux, cliniques, EPHAD, …), et ce dans le respect des règles internes et de la législation en vigueur.

Missions principales

  • Définir les priorités stratégiques de son secteur en les hiérarchisant ;

  • Assurer la responsabilité globale des Plans d'établissements notamment par l'identification des attentes et besoins des différents acteurs de santé, par l'élaboration d'un plan d'action, sa réalisation et le suivi des résultats attendus en partenariat avec toutes les ressources internes de l'entreprise ;

  • Etablir le plan d'investissement approprié et en assurer le suivi budgétaire après validation ;

  • Identifier et analyser le parcours de soin du patient afin d'assurer que tous les patients éligibles puissent bénéficier des traitements Takeda ;

  • Assurer le référencement des produits hospitaliers en respectant la réglementation des marchés hospitaliers en vigueur ;

  • Etablir des relations privilégiées avec l'ensemble des acteurs impliqués dans les projets d'établissements, le référencement, la prescription, la dispensation et l'administration du médicament (Organismes de tutelle, Comités d'établissement, Comité du médicament, chefs de pôle, pharmaciens, KOL, infirmières...) ;

  • Assurer la promotion des produits en face face, en staff ou à distance en utilisant tous les outils de communication notamment multi canal et digital auprès des professionnels de santé et de tous les acteurs (influenceurs, prescripteurs, dispensateurs, etc…) de son secteur ;

  • Organiser des manifestations scientifiques (choix des intervenants, des participants, proposition de programme, etc…) ;

  • Conduire des projets de partenariats avec les professionnels de santé et les structures scientifiques régionales visant à développer l’image de l’entreprise ;

Contributions attendues :

  • Développement du nombre de patients traités dans le cadre de l'AMM ;

  • Etre un acteur clé du développement du portefeuille clients au sein des établissements de santé en respectant les règles internes et la législation en vigueur ;

  • Développer l'hypersatisfaction Clients ;

  • Promouvoir nos produits dans le respect du contenu du message à diffuser, des contraintes réglementaires et des procédures administratives ;

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous avez la capacité de comprendre et d’analyser le parcours de soin du patient et de développer une stratégie

  • Vous avez une connaissance de l’organisation du système de soin (SROSS, …) de sa gouvernance (ARS, Omedit, …) et du fonctionnement des instances hospitalières et du système de financement à l’hôpital

  • Vous avez une connaissance des produits hospitaliers et de l’expérience dans le domaine thérapeutique concerné

  • Vous êtes un excellent communicant à l’oral et l’écrit

  • Vous aimez le travail en équipe, inter départements et BU

  • Vous êtes reconnus pour votre adaptabilité et proactivité (agilité)

  • Votre niveau en anglais est courant
