Job Description

注射剤であるリュープロレリン製剤のプロセス(マイクロカプセル製造、充填)におけるプロセス技術者として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

  • 革新的な技術(無菌保証技術、PAT技術、デジタル技術、オートメーション技術、分析技術等)を探索、体得し、製造工程への適用を前提としたPoCの計画、実行、
  • 新規技術導入によるプロセス、設備改良、導入のプロセスデザイン設計。
  • 製造設備や製造工程、製造品目追加等の変更に関するGMP変更管理プロジェクトの管理、推進
  • 上記変更管理に伴う下記の業務
    • 工程設計、設備設計、プロセスユーザー要求の作成
    • バリデーション戦略の立案
    • 運用設計、標準化
  • 製造データや品質データ、生産設備のプロセスデータ等を対象としたデータ解析による、トレンドモニタリングやトラブル時の原因調査
    (使用ツール例:SQL、Python、SIMCA online、Discoverant、MES、SAP等)
  • 製造、試験、バリデーションに関連するトラブルの原因調査や再発防止策の立案と実行
  • 新工場立ち上げ、新製品導入に伴う工業化検討、技術移管業務
  • 当局への承認申請書作成(処方や製造法、バリデーション等のパート)

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
