About the Role
As the Patient Advocacy Lead, you will lead strategic patient advocacy initiatives that differentiate Takeda, amplifying the patient voice, and championing patient engagement in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes.
Based in Sydney, you will develop and execute early pipeline and pre-launch advocacy strategies to support timely access to medicines in Australia and New Zealand, through your positive and effective relations with patient organisations, healthcare entities and partners.

Represent Takeda externally, including through coalitions and industry association groups, and maintain a network of priority external stakeholders.
- Strategic Advocacy: Advocate for patient-centric approaches in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes and lead projects to drive people-centred solutions and access. Partner with global R&D to facilitate awareness of clinical trials with communities.
What we’re seeking in you:

- Rewarding career and development opportunities tailored to your aspirations.
- Flexible leave options that help you personalize your work experience.
- Comprehensive wellbeing program supporting your social, financial, mental, and physical wellbeing.
