Job Description
Job Title: Sales Head (NSM) – Onco / Hem / PDT
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
About the role:
To achieve sales performance, achieve sales target for each product by period, achieve market access objectives by brands. Demonstrate leadership competency e.g. Coaching skill, Counsellor, identified area to improvement of DSM and sales team, Talent development. To be able to work cross-functional collaboration, Monitor and feedback direct report's performance, Resources maximization, Develop capabilities of DSM, Key customer engagement, Budget controlling.
How you will contribute:
To direct the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives and procedures in the regional territory, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
To be accountable for effective leadership, management, coaching and counselling of the Sales team (both District Sales Managers and Medical Representatives) and be responsible for training needs analysis and personal development of direct reports and for the formulation of the training and development plans for sales roles overall, including talent development for the future
To provide guidance, feedback and direction for District Sales Managers and Medical Representatives in the areas, customer relationships, prioritization of activities for ensuring performance expectations are met.
To work closely with Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Training, Marketing, Key Account, Medical and other internal departments in order to secure resources and support for key sales initiatives.
To determine market boundaries for all District Sales Managers in order to provide optimal coverage of customer base.
To attend key regional and industry seminars to establish personal contact and relationships with key physicians, thought leaders and executives from managed care organizations; to stay abreast of changing trends in the pharmaceutical industry and zone marketplace.
To establish and administrate budgets; approve travel expenses and promotional disbursement requests to ensure that department expenses are within guidelines.
What you bring to Takeda:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
Major - Pharmacy or related field
Experience:
10 years pharmaceutical industry commercial experience and minimum 5 years in District Sales Manager experience
Basic Information:
English language - Very Good command (written and spoken) CGFR level B2
Computer - Very Good at MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
