Job Description
As the Cluster Digital, Data and Technology Business Partner, you will serve as the primary connection between local organizations, functions, and enterprise technology teams. You will translate business strategies, challenges, and opportunities into a clear, outcome-focused technology and artificial intelligence roadmap. The role exists to shape and prioritize demand, guide solution discovery, support adoption, and ensure that enterprise capabilities deliver sustainable business value. You will work across business, technology, data, digital, security, privacy, and delivery teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove barriers. By combining strategic partnership with hands-on leadership of selected initiatives, you will help advance digital transformation while ensuring responsible technology use, effective support models, and compliance with governance, risk, and control requirements.
How You Will Contribute
- Own the business partnership modelby shaping demand, clarifying priorities, and guiding local organizations and functions into enterprise delivery pathways.
- Lead portfolio governanceby maintaining visibility of initiatives, dependencies, capacity, risks, adoption, and expected business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into enterprise-ready requirements, including problem statements, process flows, integration needs, data dependencies, and adoption considerations.
- Drive technology and artificial intelligence adoptionby aligning enterprise capabilities with strategic priorities, sequencing, measures, and expected value.
- Lead selected flagship initiativesthrough use-case development, solution validation, requirements definition, and adoption, coordinating with delivery teams.
- Promote responsible artificial intelligence useby supporting approved platforms, practical controls, documentation, monitoring, and human oversight.
- Establish sustainable support and compliance practicesfor adopted solutions, including ownership, escalation pathways, governance, risk, control, and audit readiness.
- Communicate portfolio health and manage escalationswith leadership and delivery partners, highlighting opportunities, challenges, risks, and decisions required.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of commercial information technology or technology experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- In-depth understanding of commercial business environments and the ability to translate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with data, analytics, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in a large organization.
- Experience with project management and change management.
- Strong understanding of digital compliance requirements and governance processes.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, consultative partnering, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, build cross-functional networks, make structured decisions, and drive adoption without formal authority.
