About the Role:
As Business Coordinator within PDT R&D in Vienna, you will provide high-level business and operational support to local leaders and teams. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and strong collaboration across functions.
How you will contribute:
Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership sessions, includinglogisticsand materials
Support travel planning, booking, and expense reporting via SAP Concur
Provide administrative support forcoordination of complex meetings
Handle purchase orders, office supplies, and equipment-related requests
Support contract setup, invoice tracking, and collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Finance
Assistwith budget maintenance, financial reporting, and dashboard coordination
Contribute to internal systems and process support across procurement, travel & expenses, invoicing, contract management, and document management platforms,e.g.Ariba, ConcurorSharePoint
In thisposition,you will report totheImmunology Franchise Global Program Lead, PDT R&D
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Health Care or Pharma is an advantage
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset and agility
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Confidence with standard office tools and internal systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and professionalism
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and discretion when handling sensitive information
