  • 日本オンコロジー事業部(JOBU)メディカルアフェアーズ部のメディカルサイエンスリエゾン(MSL)は、新薬開発(未承認薬)から市販後まで一貫した製品価値最適化を目指し、社内外をコーディネートする担当者です。パイオニア精神・チャレンジ精神に溢れ、医療の発展のために貢献したいという強い熱意を持っている方、臨床開発/非臨床研究などの業務経験が無くてもチャレンジ意欲のある方をお待ちしております。

職務内容

  • MSLとして、オンコロジー(がん)領域を担当する。

  • メディカルダイレクター(MD)やEvidence Generation Team、Outcomes Research Team、MSLなどで構成されるメディカルチーム及び部門横断型チーム(Cross-Functional Team: CFT)のメンバーとなり、メディカルチームやCFTで決定された方針・計画に沿って、チームの活動を行う。

  • ブランド戦略およびエンゲージメントプランに基づく活動の実施。

  • KOLからのメディカルインサイトを収集しメディカルプランへ反映させるべく社内関係者への情報共有を行う。

  • 各チームと連携し、アウトカムリサーチ(HEOR)や共同研究活動を実施し、データジェネレーション活動に貢献する。

  • 日本における臨床/非臨床試験医師主導型研究(IIR)プログラムなどのエビデンスジェネレーション活動の最適化に貢献する。

  • MSLチームリーダーおよびMedical Lead(ML)の指示に従い、ブランド戦略に沿った医療活動(アドバイザリーボード、専門家会議、医療教育、メディカルカンファレンス(MC)、メディカルアフェアーズインフォメーションブース(MIB)、トレーニング活動など)の企画および実施する。

<学歴>

  • 理系大学院修士課程修了以上、理系大学院博士課程修了が望ましい

<実務経験>

  • オンコロジー(がん)領域において下記に示すいずれかの業務経験が3年以上あること

    • メディカルアフェアーズ(MSL経験)

    • 臨床開発

    • 非臨床研究

  • 実務経験として下記に示す具体的な実績があることが望ましい

    • 臨床試験の企画、運営、実施、支援など

    • 組織横断的チームにおける業務経験など

<スキル>

  • 製薬企業の臨床研究やMSLに関する法律や規制ガイドラインの理解

  • 口頭、書面において優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有し、部門を越えた同僚、部下、上司からの信頼を生み出せる

  • 主体性を持って挑戦し続けられる

  • 提案力に優れ組織を前進し続けられる

  • 上記のスキルを裏付ける具体的な実績があること

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
