Job Description
Primary Objectives of this Job
The position described involves the performance of routine and supporting activities for Manufacturing Sciences department including:
laboratory and process activities
Execution of small-scale studies
Troubleshooting, process investigation and improvement initiatives
Documentation and data management
Responsibilities
Support development laboratory and process activities including day to day operations as identified and assigned by supervisor
Acquire process understanding from subject matter experts in order to provide support for ongoing development and small-scale projects
Execute small-scale studies as planned by process development engineers
Use statistical tools for interpretation of results and preparation of reports and readouts
Support manufacturing operations through technical support and monitoring of process performance (Purification/Cell Culture)
Assist in detecting and resolving process issues
Assist in implementing projects, process improvements and/or optimizations
Assist in transferring new technologies or processes
Support process validation and qualification programs through data support and execution of sampling plans
Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
