- Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain integrated plans, manage risks and issues, and deliver milestones with discipline and transparency
- Connect science, technical strategy, manufacturing readiness, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and execution to support reliable product supply and successful launches
- Apply a role interchangeable across EU, US, and Asia TT&PM teams, adjusting only geography, portfolio, reporting line, and local stakeholder context as needed.
How you will contribute:
- Lead planning and execution of assigned commercial, late-stage, or lifecycle transfers through integrated transfer plans, milestone tracking, action management, governance preparation, and readiness reviews
- Maintain integrated project plans, critical paths, dependencies, decision logs, risk registers, issue logs, and communication plans
- Coordinate MSAT, modality teams, sites, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Engineering, Development/PharmSci, external partners, and enabling functions, building trusted relationships and alignment on scope, timelines, roles, decision rights, and expectations

- Support engineering runs, PPQ readiness, validation planning, regulatory filing readiness, site readiness, and post-transfer stabilization with accountable technical and quality functions
- Provide clear, concise, timely communications, status updates, escalation summaries, decision requests, and portfolio inputs

- Apply standard TT&PM tools, templates, reporting mechanisms, and knowledge management practices, feeding lessons learned back to TT Standardization & Program Excellence rather than creating local variants
- Support digital and data-enabled tool adoption to improve visibility, knowledge transfer, action tracking, risk management, and execution speed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, project management, or a related scientific/technical discipline; advanced degree or project management certification preferred.

- Working knowledge of technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, validation/PPQ concepts, change control, risk management, regulatory/quality interfaces, and lifecycle management.
- Strong project management discipline, organization, follow-up, meeting facilitation, and action tracking.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, site teams, and senior stakeholders; ability to translate complexity into concise actions and decisions.
