Job Description

Do našeho týmu v Plzni hledáme zkušenou sestru/bratra, kteří chtějí spojit odbornou práci s koordinací provozu a lidským přístupem.

Nabízíme prostředí moderního plazma centra, kde je klíčová spolupráce, kvalita péče o dárce a vzájemná podpora v týmu.

Tato role zajišťuje plynulý chod odběrového sálu během směny a podporuje vysoký standard péče o dárce i bezpečnost procesu.

Čeká Vás zejména:

  • podpora při odběrech, práci se vzorky a návazných procesech

  • zajištění a koordinace denního provozu odběrového sálu během směny

  • dohled nad plynulým průběhem odběrů plazmy

  • spolupráce na provozu úseků: odběrový sál, vyšetřovna, recepce

  • zajištění dodržování SOP a BOZP

  • dohled nad kvalitou a bezpečností procesů

  • operativní řešení situací na pracovišti

  • spolupráces managerema lékařem centra

  • účast na provozních poradách

  • zaučování nových kolegů

Oceníme u Vás:

  • odbornou způsobilost dle zákona č. 96/2004 Sb. – všeobecná sestra (podmínka)

  • praxi ve zdravotnictví (výhodou odběrový/ambulantní provoz)

  • zkušenost s koordinací práce nebo vedením týmu

  • samostatnost, zodpovědnost a přirozenou autoritu

  • dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti

  • základní znalost práce na PC

  • anglický jazyk výhodou
