In this role, you will lead analytics strategy for brands and business units, combining analytics, market intelligence, forecasting, and market research to help maximise the impact of our brands. You will own forecasting processes and strategic business insights, translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior commercial leadership, and contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organisation. You will also play an important role in coaching junior analytics colleagues, developing team capabilities, sharing best practices, and championing innovation in analytics and insights.
How you will contribute
Lead analytics strategy for assigned brands and business units, delivering market, brand, customer, and competitive analyses to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.

Support the ongoing enhancement of reporting, dashboarding, and data management capabilities, including Takeda's commercial data platforms.
Collaborate on data-driven customer engagement initiatives, including segmentation, targeting, campaign optimisation, and next-best-action approaches.
Coach junior analytics colleagues and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by sharing best practices, strengthening analytics capability, and raising the standard of insight generation across the business.
Stay current with evolving analytics methodologies, data sources, artificial intelligence, and pharmaceutical industry trends to bring innovative thinking to the organisation.
