About the role:
The Controlling, Senior Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining control of the organization's financial operations, resources, and assets. This role provides data and reports summarizing the company's financial position to aid in management decision-making and may make recommendations to senior management. The position also involves developing and implementing strategies that have a mid- to long-term impact on business results.
How You Will Contribute:

Develop and implement financial policies to enhance organizational financial practices.
Lead multiple teams of lower-level executives, directors, senior managers, and managers in support of controlling priorities.
Engage effectively with external stakeholders on major financial matters.
Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Operating with considerable autonomy, this position serves as a consultant to management and as an external spokesperson on major matters, often leading functional teams or projects. The role also supports the development of junior staff through training and mentoring.
