- Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans that achieve agreed business outcomes and measurable benefits.
- Establish and maintain integrated project plans, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, decision logs, and portfolio reporting frameworks.
- Identify delivery risks and challenges proactively, driving mitigation plans, escalation strategies, and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate sponsors, workstream leaders, regional and functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, status reports, business updates, and decision materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, resource requirements, interdependencies, and recommended actions.
- Design and implement fit-for-purpose organizational change strategies that are fully integrated into project delivery and transformation activities.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify affected audiences, key influencers, capability gaps, and adoption risks.
- Develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans for different stakeholder groups, including leadership communications, workshops, roadshows, town halls, digital content, and feedback channels.
- Define learning and enablement requirements and coordinate training programs, support materials, change champion networks, and local adoption activities.
- Build sustainable adoption strategies that reinforce desired behaviors and ensure long-term realization of program objectives.
- Establish and monitor adoption, behavior change, user experience, and benefit realization metrics, using data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement mechanisms to measure and enhance user satisfaction, including surveys, stakeholder feedback loops, and experience assessments.
- Translate user feedback and adoption insights into prioritized recommendations for improving processes, services, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating delivery effectiveness and identifying opportunities to strengthen project and change management practices.
- Coach and support PCOE colleagues, initiative leaders, and project teams in applying effective project management and organizational change methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent project and change management capability across Procurement Center of Excellence programs and initiatives.
