Job Description

This is a vital role within the Takeda Global Finance Mergers and Acquisitions function - a dynamic, high-impact team supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business reorganization activities across Takeda.

Here, you will help us realize our inspiring vision to build and deliver simplified, innovative solutions by strengthening end‑to‑end finance processes and ensuring high‑quality execution of strategic transactions. This, in turn, empowers Takeda’s unwavering commitment to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and participation in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects, partnering with M&A Portfolio Lead & with M&A Project Lead.
  • Participation in due diligence analysis for M&A projects.
  • Preparation of inventory & sales report reports.
  • Preparation of Net economic benefit reports.
  • Monitoring & reporting for TSA/TDA and pass through invoices.
  • Answering queries related to Divestiture projects.
  • Monitoring flow of commercial invoices with final invoice approval.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in finance, preferably in accounting or financial reporting.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Previous experience in multicultural environment.
  • Professional experience in BPO/Shared Service would be an asset.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel would be an asset.
  • Process improvement mindset.

Base Salary Range:

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00
