Senior Manager – Workday Integrations
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Workday Integrations to lead the design, development, support, and strategic evolution of Workday integrations across the HR technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary technology partner for the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations organizations, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Workday Integration experience, with a strong preference for expertise supporting Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes. This individual must possess deep technical knowledge of Workday integration technologies while also demonstrating the ability to engage business stakeholders, lead solution design workshops, and manage globally distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary technology liaison for Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR Operations teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring, onboarding, recruiting, and Core HR operational processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide consulting and solution recommendations aligned with Workday best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Influence roadmap decisions and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and integration.
Workday Integration Leadership
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations.
- Drive end-to-end solution architecture for complex inbound and outbound integrations.
- Conduct integration design workshops and lead technical discussions independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure integrations meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Establish integration standards, reusable design patterns, and governance processes.
Project & Delivery Management
- Drive project planning, estimation, and execution for integration initiatives.
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday integrations.
- 5+ years leading integration teams, projects, or programs.
- Proven experience partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
- Experience supporting large global Workday environments.
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Workday Connectors
- Workday REST & SOAP APIs
- RAAS
- XSLT
- XML/XPath
Functional Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Workday Recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification(s).
- Workday Extend and Orchestrate.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting implementations and enhancements.
- Experience integrating Workday with ATS platforms, background screening vendors, onboarding solutions, and HR operational systems.
- Experience supporting Workday public cloud transformations, tenant migrations, or large-scale HR technology programs.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Lexington, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
