About The Role

Join Takeda as Program Manager, BioLife Analytics at the Senior Manager level where you will shape the data architecture and reporting foundation that powers BioLife talent acquisition operations. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) & BioLife, you will lead the design of analytics frameworks, statistical reporting, and data methodologies that uncover trends in complex data sets and generate insights to guide recruiting and business decisions across BioLife U.S. and global plasma center markets. In this role, you will partner closely with talent acquisition leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, translate data into actionable strategies, and measure the impact of technology and program changes to drive continuous improvement.

How You Will Contribute

  • You will design, build, and maintain the foundational data architecture and data pipelines that support reporting and analytics for BioLife talent acquisition.

  • Develop, own, and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses to meet diverse business and leadership needs.

  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and concise narratives to inform decision-making for leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Drive prioritization of analytics projects by assessing business value, effort, and alignment with global and local goals.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across sources used for talent analytics, and define measurement standards.

  • Collaborate across BioLife, Global Talent Acquisition, and Data Digital & Technology teams to align metrics, track initiatives, and provide labor market analytics that support recruiting strategies.

  • Apply artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting, workforce planning, and strategic recommendations.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to integrate systems, improve reporting processes, and scale analytics capabilities.

  • Distribute reports and insights on established cadences and respond to leadership requests with timely ad hoc analyses.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

  • Six (6) or more years of professional experience in data analytics, data architecture, business intelligence, or related roles that included building reporting solutions and influencing operational decisions.

  • Strong experience with Databricks or similar modern cloud data platforms.

  • Hands-on experience writing Python for data processing, automation, and analytics (e.g., pandas, PySpark, or similar frameworks).

  • Advanced SQL skills, including building complex queries and transformations to support scalable data pipelines.

  • Experience designing analytical data models (e.g., fact/dimension structures or curated analytics tables) to support automated reporting.

  • Proficiency with business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience ensuring data quality, implementing data governance, and defining measurement standards for consistent reporting.

  • Experience working with talent acquisition data and recruiting technology platforms preferred; ability to translate hiring processes into measurable metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to present data-driven stories to diverse audiences, balancing technical detail with business context.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities.

  • Collaborative mindset, proactive in learning partner needs and adapting analytics solutions to drive results.

U.S. Base Salary Range:


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
