Position Summary
Provide HCP omnichannel execution guidance and best practices that help brand teams and agile pods translate engagement strategiesinto coordinated, feasible channel activation by standardizing runbooks, answering execution questions, and scaling learnings across brands
Key Responsibilities
Define HCP omnichannel execution standards: Maintain enterprise best practices for HCP omnichannel activation (e.g.,segment/eligibility rules, trigger logic, channel sequencing/cadence)
Provide consultative execution support: Serve as a go-to SME for brand teams, Media Architects, and pods to answer questionsand advise on HCP omnichannel activation feasibility, dependencies, and common execution pitfalls
Set readiness and quality expectations: Define launch-readiness and QA requirements for HCP omnichannel activations, and guideteams in diagnosing recurring executionissue
Enable full-funnel measurement and tracking: Ensure consistent tracking of HCP engagement and adoption metrics acrossthe journeyand resolve common measurement gaps
Enable test-and-learnexecution :Standardize experiment designs and templates (A/B sequencing tests, cadence tests,segment/eligibility tests, message/CTA tests, channel-mix tests); document learnings for enterprise playbooks
Report performance and learnings: Provide standardized performance snapshots and post-sprint/post-campaign readouts;captureearnings and feed them back to Agile pods to informfuture plansand the next sprint backlog
Support compliance and safety: Support compliant HCP activation aligned to internal review governance, privacy/consentexpectations, and FDA standards; flag risk areas and proactively escalate to the Media Buy Lead for resolution
Qualificationsand essential experience, attributes, skills, and knowledge
Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5–7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcaremarketing, communications, advertising, paid media;experience designing, executing, or advising on HCP omnichannel campaigns, including segmentation, channel sequencing, trigger logic, and full-funnel engagement tracking
Execution and Advisory Experience: Proven experience serving as a subject-matter expert for brand teams, media architects, or cross-functional pods,providingconsultative guidance on activation feasibility, dependencies, and common execution challenges.
Measurement, Testing, and Compliance: Experienceestablishingtracking frameworks, analyzing engagement metrics, implementing test-and-learn experiments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, privacy, and internal review standards in pharma or healthcare marketing

Lexington, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$116,000.00 - $182,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
