Job Description
Job Title: Ethics and Compliance Project Management (6 months)
Location: Istanbul, Turkiye
Job Purpose:
Ethics & Compliance Contractor primarily focuses on supporting to increase the effectiveness of the local E&C program within the country.
E&C will respond rapidly to changing environment and business needs – it is close to the market and encourages ethical behaviour in line with Takeda’s values. By working in an agile manner E&C ensures the balance between stable structures, governance, processes and systems, and dynamic approaches to delivering innovative solutions to appropriately manage our risks.
E&C commits to:

Enable the organization to take decisions which are ethical and in line with our priorities of Patient, Trust, Reputation, and Business, in that order.
Collaborate across all E&C teams and partner with stakeholders in BU / BF to embed ethics and compliance as part of the way everyone works at Takeda.
Role Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Lead implementation of new High Risk Business Activity system by navigating crucial stakeholders
Audit Remediation: Plan and execute all remediation action items in collaboration with E&C team.
Patient Support Programs: Support E&C team for establishing the governance, oversight of the patient support programs and defining roles and responsibilities of each function.
Monitoring: Support E&C team for the execution of the monitoring program (e.g. review of Travel and Expense related activities).
Third Party Risk Management: Provide support to E&C team for resolving system related issues and tracking pending action items.
Monitoring: Support E&C Manager for the quarterly monitoring process and archive all deliverables (Monitoring Protocol, Report, Remediation Plan). May perform monitoring for selected High Risk Business Areas (e.g. Business Meals with HCPs).
Training: Support E&C team to closely review all E&C training records and ensure all trainings are completed on a timely basis. Follow-up with all employees and send reminders where necessary.
Role Mandatory Responsibilities:
Excels ethical behaviour: Act with integrity and as a role model for Takeda's values, ethics and values-based decision making (Takeda-ism) at all times.
Training & Compliance: Timely completion of all mandatory global trainings and compliance with Takeda policies & procedures
Speak-up for Integrity: Raising concerns in a good faith to Ethics Line, first line manager and/or E&C Team.
Role required Qualifications & Capabilities
Qualifications
BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field.
Having strong written and speaking english skills
Strong project management capabilities
A good understanding of the Turkish pharmaceutical market
Excellent cross-collaboration skills
Preferably have knowledge on Takeda systems,processes, tools.
Solid understanding and proven experience on Audit / related actions
Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and objectives within strict deadlines.
Mindset of curiosity, learning agility and interest in innovative ways of doing things.
