Job Description
As thePortfolioLeadfor the joint USBU and OBU DD&T organization, you will reportintothe Head of Portfolio Strategy and Operational Excellence. In this role, you will be accountable for managing the run and investmentportfolioacross the USBU and OBU DD&T organization, focusing primarily on value realization,optimizationof portfolio through business process planning cycles, andenablement ofportfoliotradeoff decisions within the governanceforums.You willrepresentUSBU and OBU DD&T in enterprise portfolio forums andworkstreams with a focus onidentifyingportfoliosynergiesand aligning processes, tools, and ways of working.
As the USBU and OBU DD&TPortfolioLead, you willbe responsible for:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Portfolio Management
Own andmaintainthe integrated run and investment portfolio across USBU and OBU DD&T, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and currency of all portfolio data
Track portfolio health and status across the full lifecycle,from ideation through delivery and value realization
Develop andmaintainportfolio dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio performance.
Value Realization
Define andmonitorvalue realization frameworks and KPIs for active portfolio investments.
Partner with product and delivery teams to capture and report benefits against committed business cases.
Flag at-risk investments and drive corrective action in partnership with stakeholders.
Planning Cycle Management
Lead theUSBU and OBUDD&T portfolio contribution to annual and mid-year business planning cycles, coordinating inputs acrossthe team.
Manage demand intake and prioritization processes, ensuring alignment to strategicobjectives.
Optimizethe portfolio through scenario planning and capacity analysis to maximize return on investment.
Governance & Decision Enablement
Prepare andfacilitateportfolio review forums, including materials, decision packages, and tradeoff analyses for leadership.
Enable data-driven prioritization and tradeoff decisions by presenting clear options with risk, cost, and value implications.
Maintaingovernance cadenceand ensure follow-through on portfolio decisions.
Enterprise Portfolio Representation
Represent USBU and OBU DD&T in enterprise-level portfolio forums and workstreams.
Identifyand surface portfolio synergies across business units to reduce duplication andoptimizeshared investments.
Align USBU and OBU DD&T portfolio processes, tools, and ways of working with enterpriseand centralized DD&Tstandards.
Process & Operational Excellence
Continuously improve portfolio management processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and consistency.
Serve as the subject matter expert on portfolio managementmethodologyfor the DD&T organization.
Support the Head of Portfolio Strategy & Operational Excellence in building and maturing the portfolio operating model.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree isrequired, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience intechnology, consulting,pharmaceuticalsor similar field
Prior consulting experience preferred
Proven experience managing enterprise or technology portfolios in a matrixed organization
Proficiencyin portfolio management tools
Experience designing andfacilitatinggovernance forums and portfolio review cadences
Ability to develop decision-ready materials and tradeoff frameworks for senior leadership
Knowledge of enterprise portfolio management standards and best practices

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$154,400.00 - $242,550.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
