ROLE OBJECTIVE
Own and drive theday‑to‑daydelivery and evolutionofdigitalMarket Access & Pricingproducts within themAIAccess ecosystem, acting as the delivery lead for themAIAccessdelivery team.
As delivery lead, orchestrate the cadence, capacity and performance of theentiremAIAccessICC delivery team(consisting ofProduct Designers, Business Analysts, Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, Data and AI Architects, DataOntologistand Scrum Masters)in close alignment with the Product Owners, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted.
Act as product owner for themAIOne Stop Shop andmAIAssistant which serve as central hubs for the entiremAIAccess ecosystem solutions
Translateproduct strategy and roadmap direction intoclear backlogs, executable userstoriesand working software
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead andorchestrateallmAIAccess & PricingICC delivery resourcesacross product, design, business analysis, engineering, data, AI, infrastructure and security, managing capacity, sequencing and cross-functional dependencieswhile partnering closely with external suppliers as needed.
Maintain delivery transparency through backlog health, sprint metrics, RAID / dependencylogsand release readiness reporting.
Own and manage the technical product backlog for One Stop Shop andmAIAssistant capabilities while ensuring a data foundation that can serve the right data in the right way to othermAIAccess Solutions, for example the Insights Generator by collaborating with the Data Management Lead.
Translatehigh‑levelproduct vision and requirements intouser stories, acceptancecriteriaand sprint priorities.
Act as theprimary interface between delivery teams and theDigitalAccess & PricingSen Lead, ensuring alignment tomAIroadmap,scopeand outcomes.
Clarify functional requirements related to access& pricinginsights, analytics,AI‑supportedrecommendations and workflow integration.
Continuouslyprioritise backlog itemsbased on value, feasibility,dependenciesand rollout needs.
Support sprint planning,reviewsand retrospectives, ensuring delivery stays focused on user value.
Validate delivered functionality against business needs andsupport UAT and release readiness.
Capture user feedbackpost‑releaseand feed insights into backlog refinement and future iterations.

COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of Market Access strategy and operational workflows.
Proven experience as aProduct Owner, Business Analyst or Delivery Leadin digital or analytics products.
Demonstrated experienceleading or coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery teams(engineering, data, AI, design,infrastructureand security).
Experience working withdata‑drivenorAI‑enabledproducts.
Strong capability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Hands‑onexperience working inagile delivery teams, preferably scaled/global.
Strong communicationskills with comfort engaging global stakeholders remotely.
Experience working with offshore / ICC delivery models is strongly preferred.
