Job Description
Role Objectives:
Execute evidence-record centralization, maintenance and reuse-assessment activities within the Bengaluru GCM, ensuring records are complete, traceable and linked to approved evidence decisions
Support other Strategy Leads in PRO/COA benchmarking, IEP coordination, and scenario planning in support of R&D, access, pricing, and commercial launch strategy decisions
Execute the analytical insight, documentation, and operational activities that underpin portfolio-level evidence plan governance
Work in an early-stage GCM role to support the Senior Manager and Associate Director in establishing the evidence-records and reuse operating model before later GCM builds
Key Responsibilities:
Initial Capability Build: Evidence Record Centralization & Maintenance
Confirm required metadata for incoming evidence records, including record owner, asset, indication, and study linkage; identify and request missing information or clarification from the Global evidence owner
Check record completeness against evidence repository requirements before upload
Upload evidence records to the designated central repository, applying naming conventions, tagging, access controls, and retention category assignments
Link records to relevant IEPs, evidence packages, study trackers, or reuse libraries where applicable
Maintain evidence logs and version histories to support audit traceability and governance requirements; own ongoing repository hygiene including metadata integrity, version control, and archiving
Evidence Reuse Assessment
Identify potential evidence for reuse for new assets, indications, and/or markets
Conduct structured searches across evidence repositories, prior studies, regulatory submissions, and existing evidence packages to identify potentially reusable evidence
Map reusable evidence to the target asset, indication, market, or decision need; flag evidence gaps, duplication risks, reuse limitations, market applicability constraints, and fit-for-purpose considerations
Prepare reuse summary documents with source links, assumptions, and fit-for-purpose notes for review and final strategic decision by Global Evidence Generation
Update reuse trackers, evidence libraries, and IEPs with confirmed reuse decisions; log all assessments and supporting materials in the evidence repository
Qualifications:
Experience: >3 years of related work experience; >2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry; experience in evidence strategy support, HEOR operations, medical/scientific documentation, or a related role at a pharmaceutical company, HEOR consultancy, or medical communications agency preferred
Technical skills:
Familiarity with evidence or content repository platforms (e.g. Veeva Vault or equivalent) and document lifecycle governance
Experience conducting structured searches across evidence repositories, clinical study trackers, and regulatory submission databases to identify relevant or reusable evidence
Ability to assess and document evidence fit-for-purpose across indications, assets, and markets — identifying reuse opportunities, flagging duplication risks, and articulating limitations and constraints clearly
Experience working with AI-enabled tools
Attention to detail in document maintenance (i.e., metadata tagging, naming conventions, access controls, etc.)
Education: A scientific, medical, life sciences, or health economics degree is required
Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
