ROLE OBJECTIVE
Own and drive theday‑to‑daydelivery and evolutionof Access insights anddecision‑supportproducts within the mAI Access ecosystem, acting as the Product Owner embedded in an India ICC delivery team.
The roleis responsible fortranslating product strategy and roadmap direction set by the DigitalAccessLead intoclear backlogs, executable userstoriesand working software, with a primary focus onInsights Generator, One Stop Shopand mAI Assistant use cases for Access Strategy and Operations.
Acts as the voice of the user within the delivery team, ensuring solutions are built right, built fast and built to be adopted.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
Own and manage theproduct backlogfor assigned AccessInsights and mAI Assistant capabilities.
Translatehigh‑levelproduct vision and requirements intouser stories, acceptancecriteriaand sprint priorities.
Work embedded within the India ICC delivery team, partnering closely with engineering, data, AI, UX and testing rolesas well as external suppliers as needed.
Act as theprimary interface between delivery teams and the Access & Strategy Digital Excellence Lead, ensuring alignment to roadmap,scopeand outcomes.
Clarify functional requirements related to access insights, analytics,AI‑supportedrecommendations and workflow integration.
Continuouslyprioritise backlog itemsbased on value, feasibility,dependenciesand rollout needs.
Support sprint planning,reviewsand retrospectives, ensuring delivery stays focused on user value.
Validate delivered functionality against business needs andsupport UAT and release readiness.
Capture user feedbackpost‑releaseand feed insights into backlog refinement and future iterations.

COMPETENCIES andEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as aProduct Owner, Business Analyst or Delivery Leadin digital or analytics products.
Good understanding ofMarket Access strategy and operational workflows.
Experience working withdata‑drivenorAI‑enabledproducts.
Strong capability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Hands‑onexperience working inagile delivery teams, preferably scaled/global.
Strong communicationskills with comfort engaging global stakeholders remotely.
Experience working with offshore / ICC delivery models is strongly preferred.
