As a founding member of STRIVE, one of our goals was to mirror the camaraderie and sense of belonging in the military. I'm proud to say we have created a supportive environment, ensuring that every member feels valued and connected. The community we’ve fostered has been instrumental in my professional growth and has provided me a strong sense of community within Takeda.
