STRIVE (Supporting Troops & Inspiring Veteran Engagement) seeks to enhance camaraderie and networking among military service-connected employees, contribute to business outcomes and leadership development for all employees, and create awareness of veterans and military organizations in our community.

As a founding member of STRIVE, one of our goals was to mirror the camaraderie and sense of belonging in the military. I'm proud to say we have created a supportive environment, ensuring that every member feels valued and connected. The community we’ve fostered has been instrumental in my professional growth and has provided me a strong sense of community within Takeda.
