Job Description

PURPOSE

Responsible for developing and executing operational strategies for the healthcare industry market department focusing on medical insurance policies and innovative payments, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track changes in medical insurance policies and innovative payment mechanisms, promptly adjusting market strategies to address policy changes.
• Research and analyze the impact of medical insurance policies on company products and services, providing corresponding marketing and sales strategy recommendations.
• Manage the team in conducting research and implementing innovative payment models, driving innovation and development in the payment field for the company.
• Coordinate various internal departments, including marketing, sales, finance, etc., to ensure smooth implementation and execution of medical insurance policies and innovative payments.
• Supervise team performance to ensure achievement of operational goals and performance indicators related to medical insurance policies and innovative payments.
• Establish good relationships with external partners, government agencies, etc., to enhance the company's influence and position in the field of medical insurance policies and innovative payments

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

• Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

• 10 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industry with proven experience in operation excellence and familiar with insurance system.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Have extensive experience in medical insurance policy and innovative payment operations management in the pharmaceutical industry.

Have outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating teams to address policy changes and challenges.

Have in-depth understanding of medical insurance policies and innovative payment-related knowledge, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation.

Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of formulating effective operational strategies to respond to market changes.

Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for backgrounds in pharmaceutical marketing, medical insurance management, insurance, or related fields.
