Job Description

PURPOSE

To develop commercial excellence operational strategies, lead and oversee the optimization of business processes, explore innovative solution to drive operational excellence across all business functions to support sustainable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence across all business functions, ensuring alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead and supervise the optimization of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Data Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators and operational data, provide insights, identify improvement areas, and offer solutions.
  • Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously drive improvements to enhance business efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams to effectively execute operational projects and initiatives. I
  • Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, leverage innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Innovative Solutions: Identify and evaluate feasible innovative solutions, promote their application in business operations to improve product accessibility and benefit more patients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

  • Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • 15 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industry

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing operations, with a strong industry insight and market analysis skills.
  • Excellent team leadership and management skills to motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate across departments and drive business development.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to develop effective marketing operation strategies.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies, possessing compliance awareness and risk management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education level, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields.
