Job Description
Leads procurement activities for BioLife’s plasma center network in Indonesia, supporting both setup and ongoing operations
•
Manages end-to-end sourcing, including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, ordering, and performance oversight
•
Ensures procurement aligns with local requirements, regulations, and project timelines to enable successful launch and sustained operations
•
Leads initial supply planning and fulfilment activities including PO and invoicing activities and ensuring supplier performance.
Lead procurement activities for BioLife plasma center network (including Indonesia), supporting new center openings, ongoing operations, through effective sourcing and purchasing
•
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contract support, purchase order placement and supplier performance management
•
Coordinate cross-functional procurement planning with supply chain, operations, project management, quality, legal, and IT teams to meet implementation and business needs
•
Serve as a strategic lead for supply initiatives, including center conversions (equipment, materials), network distribution strategies, and multi-vendor sourcing approaches
•
Oversee inventory management and material requirements planning, ensuring appropriate stock levels, order processing, and delivery follow-up
•
Monitor day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities (e.g., open POs, inventory levels) while identifying and driving process improvements across demand planning and ordering
•
Generate cost savings through competitive sourcing, negotiations, and supplier strategies while maintaining ethical, mutually beneficial relationships
•
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
