Job Description

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Opportunity to be part of marketing team for Rare disease portfolio
  • Drive digital strategy for Rare disease portfolio

ACCOUNTABILITIES.

  • Developing digital strategy( content & overall ) for driving the growth agenda for Rare Disease portfolio
  • Work closely with DD&T & Global team  to build digital strategy and identify key assets which could support Rare disease portfolio
  • Initiate and build content strategy using Takeda assets to strengthen messaging around the brand
  • Good understanding of India healthcare & digital landscape
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Initiate and build digital strategy using Takeda assets to drive referral pathway
  • Strengthen digital assets and resources to support improved Standard SOC
  • Improvise digital strategy to drive disease awareness initiatives so as to reach HCP beyond the current HCP reach
  • Strengthen digital applications as per need of the market to strengthen portfolio and support HCP Needs
  • Develop SOP for building , disseminating digital initiatives to overcome privacy challenges
  • Drive execution of digital strategy : Sales and non sales
  • Developing key KPI to all digital assets to understand return on Investment with digital strategy
  • Single point of contact to suggest continuation or to discontinue key digital assets
  • Work with Regional and Global teams to represent India best practices at Regional & Global level
  • Identify new vendors and complete the onboarding process
  • Work with vendors to drive the campaigns

SKILLS And COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or equivalent degree will be plus
  • Candidate should ideally have 4+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing including  digital marketing
  • Candidate with experience of technical understanding of assets like SFMC , Veeva , WhatsApp for Business , digital segmentation
  • Candidate should have an experience of developing social media strategy for Healthcare Brand
