Job Description
Global Talent Acquisition is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team supporting the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico and broader regional hiring initiatives.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition LeadforLATAM and Mexico GCC, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders across Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences whileleveragingmarket intelligence, sourcingexpertise, and data-driven insights to attract top talent. This individual will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its growthobjectivesthrough strategic hiring practices and strong talent partnerships.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer development, negotiation, and hiring.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies toidentify,attract,mapand engage diverse talent pools.
Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Act asa trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on talent market conditions, recruitment best practices, and candidate assessment.
Deliver a best-in-classcandidateexperience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment processes.
Maintainaccuratedata and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives as needed.
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a complex, fast-paced organization.
Strong communicationskills (English/Spanish) with businessproficiencyin English language isessential
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Talent Acquisition technologies.
Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
PreferredQualifications
Experience recruiting for Global Capability Centers, Shared Services, or Professional Services roles.
Experience supporting hiring across the United States, Canada, and/or Latin America.
