About the role:
The Principal Analyst, Microsoft 365 Platform Strategy & Architecture is responsible for providing technical leadership across Takeda's collaboration and productivity platform portfolio. This role focuses on platform strategy, solution architecture, technical governance, modernization initiatives, and roadmap execution while ensuring alignment with enterprise business and technology strategies.
As a senior technical leader, you will influence platform direction, architectural decisions, technology standards, and strategic investments. You will guide engineering teams and serve as a subject matter expert supporting Takeda's collaboration and productivity vision.
How you will contribute:
· Lead the analysis, design, and evolution of collaboration and productivity platform capabilities.
· Define platform architecture standards, engineering best practices, and governance frameworks.
· Develop platform roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Drive complex platform changes, integrations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
· Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Product teams to define future-state solutions.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
· Lead technical reviews, design validation, and solution governance activities.
· Mentor engineers and platform specialists across multiple workstreams.
· Establish performance, reliability, security, and scalability standards.
· Serve as a trusted advisor for platform engineering, automation, AI, and workplace transformation initiatives.
What you bring to Takeda:
· Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
· Strong knowledge of architecture, integration, automation, and enterprise cloud services.
· Experience delivering complex enterprise-scale platform implementations and transformations.
· Advanced understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and SDLC methodologies.
· Knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management, and security controls.
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
· Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
· Ability to translate business objectives into technical platform strategies.

Work Location: Mexico City – Santa Fe.
