Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an innovative and technically strong data analytics, science and automation person with a background in optimization, machine learning, statistical modeling/analysis and visualization. This role requires the person to have strong quantitative modeling skills and the ability to apply optimization/statistical/machine learning methods to complex decision-making problems, with data coming from various data sources. You’ll analyze data to drive useful insights to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes. You'll use visualization, statistical and analytics models, AI/ML techniques, Modelops and other techniques to develop these insights.The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work closely with stakeholders and translate data-driven findings into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Keyaccountabilities

  • Develop data science and ML methodologies to extract insights and derive meaningful patterns from data.
  • Design and implement recommendation systems to enhance user experiences, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue generation.
  • Analyze and preprocess large data sets, ensuring data quality and accuracy for model development.
  • Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization techniques to extract actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to optimize business outcomes, such as customer segmentation, revenue generation, and ad targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop A/B testing frameworks, monitor model performance, and iterate on models based on feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in DL, ML, graphs, NLP, and recommendation systems, and apply them to improve data-driven solutions.
  • Building and maintaining business datasets to meet business insights and analytics needs
  • Continuous monitoring of data quality and establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data.

SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering field; MBA ( preferred)
  • 8-10 years of total experience including 4-5 years of experience in, Data Analytics, Data Science and Automation.
  • Good understanding of Indian Healthcare market/Bio-pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and challenges
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and analytics tools (sales, secondary, CRM data, SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
  • Data Science background must
  • Experience in development of BI tools ( Power BI ) is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Requirement for compliance to highest ethical standards
  • Sound understanding of the use of digital and multi-channel routes of stakeholder engagement
