Takeda Oncology is seeking a dynamic Digital Content Manager (fixed term contract 12-months) to elevate our digital Go to Market (GtM) model and deliver exceptional customer experiences across various digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Oncology Marketing & Operations this is your chance to be at the forefront of innovation in oncology marketing and operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Lead the content strategy and campaign management for OncoConnect, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing customer education.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with local and regional teams, including Digital Lead, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and more, to co-create a 12–18-month digital engagement plan.
Content Excellence: Drive the regular upload of high-value content, collaborating with brand teams to ensure seamless integration and prolonged customer engagement.
Channel Optimization: Act as Channel Co-lead, identifying opportunities to optimize channels and drive registrations.
Performance Insight: Develop a robust KPI framework to measure campaign effectiveness, provide regular performance reports and identify content gaps.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Degree in marketing or digital marketing.
3-5 years of expertise in digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
Hands-on experience in email marketing, content marketing, and leveraging web analytics platforms effectively.
Skilled in creating and managing engaging content for digital hubs. Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and define measurable tactical outcomes.
A self-starter who is organized, goal-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in English, showcasing strong oral and written communication skills.
