Takeda has been operating in Indonesia since 1971. Currently, the facility employs over 200 top talent and highly skilled professionals in the pharmaceutical industry. Our focus is on prescription drugs, covering therapeutic areas such as Cardiovascular & Metabolic, Oncology, Gastrointestinal, Anti-Hemorrhoid, and Anti-Insomnia, as well as our established Vitamin C product.

The Bekasi Site is part of the Small Molecules and Oncology Operating Unit, located approximately 30km from Jakarta, Indonesia's capital city. Indonesia is a diverse country with hundreds of ethnic groups, native languages, and six official religions. However, diversity does not divide us, as reflected in our national motto, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. At the Bekasi Site, we promote a positive work environment and a culture suitable for all employees, in line with Takeda's DE&I initiatives, despite its small population.
