Meet Building Asian Leaders (BAL)
Building Asian Leaders (BAL) strives to bring meaningful professional and personal development opportunities to Takeda employees, with a specific focus on empowering the Asian community to grow as leaders in the workplace. In addition to providing career development and networking opportunities, we strive to raise visibility and showcase the talent of our members, celebrate the richness of Asian cultures across 48 countries, build a sense of cohesive community among professionals within and outside of Takeda, and encourage diversity and cross-cultural communications.
Having and supporting Takeda Resource Groups (TRGs) at Takeda makes me feel valued for who I am no matter which cultural background I am from. The amount of opportunities Takeda provides gives me confidence that I am given a fair shot at succeeding.
