Job Description
職種/目的
- このポジションは、大阪工場の新しい充填機ラインにかかる液体充填・粉末充填、滅菌、C/SIP薬液調製ライン、洗浄機のバリデーションを実行するものである。
- このポジションは、新充填ラインを理解し、また、GMPに関する十分な理解を有し、注射剤製造に従事することで商用生産に向けての準備を進める。
- 商用生産に向けて、製造部、エンジニアリング部門、品質管理部門、品質保証部門と日々連携して業務を行う。
具体的な業務内容
・製剤を専用の小瓶（バイアル）や注射器（シリンジ）へ充填する作業
・充填機械の設定、操作
・機械・器具の洗浄、消毒
・機械動作のチェック、モニタリング
・作業室（クリーンルーム）の清掃、消毒
・製造工程の記録
・新規設備の立ち上げ支援
・新規ラインの手順整備、改善提案 等
上記、クリーンルーム内でチームでの作業となります。
職務責任
- 注射剤製造作業
- 継続的な工程改善
- 適切なSOP整備と教育活動
- 製造工程や設備のバリデーション／クオリフィケーションの文書作成・実作業
- 当局の査察の対応
- 新設備、新プロセスの設計と立ち上げ
- デジタル技術など新技術を用いた工程最適化の推進
- 逸脱、変更管理、CAPA対応
- バリデーション作業を支援するための、ロガーなどのバリデーション試験装置の使用
学歴、行動能力とスキル
- 高卒以上
- 製造、機械オペレーター、機械設備メンテナンスのうちいずれかの実務経験（業界問わず）
- 医薬品製造の性質上、レギュレーションやSOPを順守できる正確さ
追加情報
- 主にオフィス環境で働くが、製造・サポートエリアで働くことも求められる。
- 特別なガウニングを必要とする管理された環境で働くこと。ガウニングの要件に従い、頭、顔、手、足、身体に保護衣を着用することが求められる。化粧、宝飾品、コンタクトレンズ、マニキュア液、またはネイルは、製造環境では着用できないことがある。
- 閉鎖空間(屋根裏空間、エンジンルーム、タンクなど)で作業する能力があること。
- アルコール、酸、緩衝液など、呼吸保護を必要とする化学物質を取り扱う。
- 必要に応じて、週末や残業等を含め、複数の交替勤務ができる必要がある。

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
