Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide business insights based on sales master data, full channel sales data flow and hospital listing data
  • Cooperate with SFE on monthly sales analytics, and follow up Business performance and Operational performance
  • Work with market research team/vendor on in-depth research on external factors that impact the business environment.
  • Provide recommendations based on the analysis of the macro environment, market trends and hospital potential assessment
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and implications for the company
  • Other data requests supporting

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

  • Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Economics, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • 8 years’ experience+ in sales analytics, market research or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing strategic projects
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
