Job Description
PURPOSE
1.Deep Integration of Business Strategy and Capability Development:Driven by business needs, collaborate closely with business leaders to deeply diagnose challenges and requirements, ensuring that empowerment and development strategies are fully aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Design and implement comprehensive capability development plans to support the achievement of BU goals while enhancing organizational effectiveness.
2.Building an Innovation-Driven Learning and Empowerment System:Integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI coaching) with training methods to create efficient, real-time learning experiences that empower frontline teams and leaders, ensuring training content remains relevant and meets evolving business needs.
3.Enhancing Team Capabilities and Performance to Drive Behavioral Change: Aimed at solving business problems, diagnose capability gaps and design targeted solutions to improve the core skills and management capabilities of frontline teams and leaders. Utilize coaching and feedback mechanisms to drive behavioral change and ensure effective implementation of strategies within teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Business Needs Understanding and Diagnosis: Serve as a strategic business partner, directly engaging with business leaders to deeply understand and diagnose business challenges. Gather and analyze business requirements from various product lines to inform capability development strategies.
2.Empowerment Strategy and Execution: Align with company’s overall development strategy to deeply understand business needs, diagnose, pinpoint, and define key capability gaps at both the organizational and frontline team levels. Lead the team in design, developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and empowerment strategy for the sales team, ranging from customized onboarding programs for new hires, continuous skill enhancement for on-the-job frontline staff, to management capability improvement for leadership teams.
3.Requirements Aggregation and Project Initiation: Lead team to aggregate business requirements and collaborate closely with the Digital Innovation and Design Center to develop a comprehensive capability development close loop for BU. Initiate key learning & empowerment projects according to actual needs to support business objectives.
4.Project Leadership and Delivery: Oversee the progress of empowerment projects to ensure delivery meets predefined objectives and aligns with company strategy. Manage and coordinate trainers to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
5.AI Coaching & Innovation Integration: Integrate cutting-edge empowerment technologies with corporate strategy. Deeply involve in designing and implementation of AI coaching projects to empower frontline representatives. Enable real-time feedback on sales skills, product knowledge, and market strategy execution, while providing management with real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
6.Brand Building & Market Positioning: Drive the establishment of Takeda's brand image and market position through innovative learning methods that combine theory and practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
7.Behavioral Transformation & Strategy Implementation: Lead team to utilize coaching and feedback mechanisms to transform behaviors and ensure effective implementation of strategies across frontline teams.
8.Personnel Management and Development: Manage, coach, and develop staff to continuously enhance the capabilities of empowerment. Evaluate and develop team members based on established assessment standards, ensuring high-quality delivery to effectively support the achievement of organizational goals.
9.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal/external teams throughout the strategy development and solution implementation process to ensure practical application within target audience, driving the achievement of business goals..
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree and above
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- 10+ years experiences in Sales/ Training strategy and (or) delivery, experiences in pharmaceutical industry are essential
- Minimum of 6 years of team management experience.
