Job Description
- Update and evaluate In-Market and To-Market sales forecast in 36 months horizon for global production planning, to liaise with BU’s business insight and different forecast criteria aiming for a reasonable forecast accuracy target.
- Set up the sufficient safety stock of Hong Kong market to secure the supply continuity which is also aligned with BU business growth target.
- Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process with BU Head/ Franchise lead and supply review with corresponding supply sites according to the global standard planning cycle.
- Demand planning and purchase plan, create purchase order in SAP and get management approval.
- Closely work with Global manufacture and supply chain to ensure the goods supply in-time, with consideration of regulatory approval and local operation timeline.
- Pipeline products demand planning and launch preparation from LOC supply Chain perspective. Coordinate with Global Launch Management and LOC cross-functional teams to facilitate the launch supply with effective commercial launch target.
- Support and provide LOC Supply Chain’s insight on global projects like supply chain network change, in-license / out-license, etc.
- Collaborate with global and local functions like regulatory, quality, distribution management etc. to ensure the smooth access of goods to the market.
- Support and consolidate the supply chain related report, like monthly supply chain dashboard, forecast accuracy analysis to Global supply chain in timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor degree in supply chain or Business management
5-8 years relevant work experience in supply chain demand planning, data analysis, or reporting.
Excel proficiency is a must
English fluency is necessary in both writing & speaking.
Familiar with SAP ECC,IBP.
