Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1．在所负责的领域有效执行中央市场品牌策略和多渠道业务策略；
2．通过有效的绩效管理和行为管理，完成该区域所需完成的业务目标；
3．通过对区域市场政策的洞察，设计并执行有效的区域项目，推动医院准入；
4．通过与其他部门合作，筛选优质CSO合作伙伴，并在武田合规政策下，提升CSO合作伙伴的疾病领域和武田品牌的专业化推广能力；
5．针对消化多渠道的KOL，开展定期的有效拜访。
Qualifications & Skills:
1.本科及以上学历，医药或相关专业
2.10年以上医药行业相关工作经验
3.三年以上外资营销管理经验
4.较强的业绩管理和有效性管理能力；
5.有慢病管理或普药推广经验；
6.良好的疾病领域、产品和竞品知识，以及区域政策的解读能力；
7.丰富的医院准入或市场准入经验；
8.良好的跨部门沟通能力，出色的项目管理经验，较强的学习和探索精神。
