About the role:

  • Lead and/or support the operational delivery of change enablement services to ensure a positive and seamless experience for stakeholders throughout periods of change.
  • Execute change enablement activities that drive the successful adoption of new processes and technologies, enabling our digital ambitions and ensuring an exceptional people experience.
  • Monitor adoption progress and recommend reinforcement actions to ensure sustainable change.
  • Enhance and optimise change enablement methodologies to improve delivery quality, accelerate adoption, and ensure best practice standards.

How you will contribute:

  • Change Management Methodology & Practices:
    • Maintain and enhance change management methodologies 
    • Ensure the practices offer different modalities to support effectiveness
  • Introduces innovative tools, techniques, and formats to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of change enablement services
  • Deliver end‑to‑end change enablement services for digital and technology initiatives.
    • Conduct change impact assessments and prepare supporting change action plans.
    • Develop, update, and support delivery of training materials, measure training effectiveness.
    • Execute communication and engagement activities aligned to the approved strategy.
    • Monitor change progress using KPIs, feedback, and adoption analytics.
  • Collaborate with training and communications partners to ensure a consistent people experience.
  • Apply Takeda DD&T project management practices — including project planning, milestone management, status tracking and reporting, deliverable follow‑up, and issue and risk management — to ensure effective execution of change enablement activities.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and enhancement opportunities.
  • Participate in change enablement community activities to strengthen team capability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to the change enablement methodology and practices.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by providing a thorough introduction to change enablement frameworks, tools, and ways of working to ensure consistent delivery of services across the team.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience delivering change management activities within a global or IT‑focused environment.
  • Experience in managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscape
  • Ability to manage change in a cross functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationship with key local and global stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, learning platforms, and change management systems

Preferred requirements:

  • Master’s degree in related specialization area (e.g. Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS) is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience managing change networks
  • Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakeholders
