Job Description
As theLaunchProgram Managerfor thejointUSBUand OBU DD&T,you will report into the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Operational Excellence. In this role, you will be accountable forprogram managementacrossnew product launch efforts fromthedata, digital and technology perspective-focusing primarily oncross-functional program management ofdata& insights,sales & field, marketing & digital, and medical & patient servicescapabilityworkstreams. You willserveas an ongoing PMO function coordinatingacross the various DD&T capability areas to manage the overall DD&T launch workstream.You will alsorepresenttheDD&Tprogramas an integrated part of theproduct’sCore Launch Team, inpartnership withthe DD&T businesshead.
SCOPE
USBU and OBU Product Launches:Use existing technology platformsand capabilities to support upcoming launches, and coordinate any new capabilities needed for a successful therapy launch.
Launch Program Management: ProvideDD&Tprogram managementleadershipacross thecapabilityworkstreams,ensuringinterdependencies areidentified,risks are escalated, and status is transparent for both DD&T leadership and business stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establish the cross-functional DD&T Workstream and associatedlaunch program plan to manage interdependencies across workstreams,identifyand escalate risks,monitorprogramstatusand ensure communicationof overall DD&T launch plan.
Collaborate withBrandCore Launch Team to deliverthe DD&T launch planin support of the product’s commercial launch by working closely withbusinessprogram management, brand team,DD&T business lead,project managers,scrummasters, architects and solution delivery teams, ultimately to ensureDD&T launchreadiness.
Work withcorelaunch team toidentifythe requirements forDD&Tcapabilitiesto support successful product commercialization.
Partner with technology productmanagers(s) andDD&T capability leaderstoinform DD&T launch program statusand proactivelyidentifyrisks, dependencies, or delays to the plan.
Organize and executeDD&Tlaunch planning sessions,workstream meetings,retrospectives, with a focus onclose collaboration across the DD&T launch team, continuouslearning from the past and documenting key learnings and best practices inthe DD&Tproduct launch playbook.
Find opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes
Foster and enable an environment of continuous improvement through honest communication and regular retrospectives with the goal of raising issues/concerns, documenting keylearningsandidentifyingclear action steps.
SupportDD&T BusinessLead in development and ongoing operation ofLaunchPMO function for allDD&T launchactivities.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree isrequired
5+ years of experience in Information Technology, 3+ yrs in project or program management
Proven competences in innovation, strategic or visionary thinking, agile methodologies, and people management.
Proven competences in stakeholder alignment, business need analysis, and customer/results focus.
Prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers preferred.
Experience directly & routinely interacting with a businessunitbrand and operational colleagues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability tobuildingtrust, listen, and ask effective questions.
Interest in technology trends and application of technology to improve enduser’sexperience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or proficient in project management practices, portfolio review,financeand budgeting.
Proventrack recordof effective project leadership and positive results.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Experience with US Pharmaceutical digital and field force HCP and Consumer engagement strategies, technologies, and data.

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
